Rule.

Service is waived.

The
applicant, under-trial prisoner, is present in the Court.

In
view of the medical certificate dated 25.8.2011 about postponement
of operation of his father now scheduled on 3.9.2011, the temporary
bail granted to the applicant earlier vide order dated 17.8.2011 by
this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.11627 of 2011, is
extended for further period of ten days on the same terms and
conditions. No further extension shall be granted.

Rule
is made absolute.

The office is directed to communicate this order to the jail
authority.
