Sri B.D. Mandhyan, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Satish
Mandhyan, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that out
of the very same notification a First Appeal No. 808 of 1992
Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti, Hapur Vs. Satya Sawroop Singh
along with other connected First Appeals was dismissed by
judgment dated 24.7.2009 and this appeal shall meet the same fate.
In view of the aforesaid submission, this appeal also stands
dismissed accordingly.

No order is passed as to costs.
