Application.
1. Heard.
Rule returnable on 02nd
May 2011.
2. There
shall be interim stay in terms of Para 3(A) on condition that the
applicant shall deposit the entire awarded amount with the Tribunal
concerned before the returnable date. On deposit of the amount, the
original claimants, shall be permitted to withdraw 30% of the
amount, as has been directed by the Tribunal of its award. The
Tribunal concerned shall deposit the 70% balance amount in F.D.R. in
the name of the Nazir with a nationalized Bank, initially for a
period of three years and on maturity shall be renewed by one year at
a time without any further orders in this regard till the disposal of
the appeal. The F.D.R. shall be kept with the Nazir of the Tribunal.
The quarterly Interest accruing on such deposit will be paid to the
original claimants.
