                    J U D G M E N T

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the

respondent to issue the regular permit on the route

Karukaputhur-Edappal within a time frame. It is seen

that by Ext. P1, regular permit was granted to the

vehicle in question subject to settlement of timings.

The complaint of the petitioner that despite Ext. P1

regular permit has not been issued. Accordingly, I

dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent

to issue regular permit and settle the timings within

six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
