that case of the appellant is identical and similar to

respondents in LPA No.230 of 2011 and other analogous

cases which have been dismissed by a Division Bench of

this Court on 29.3.2011 and the relief granted to similar

petitioners by the Writ Court has been affirmed.

In view of aforesaid submission, let this

case out of our list for being placed before the Division

Bench which has decided LPA No.230 of 2011 and other

analogous cases.
