its entirety. It appears to be raising very serious

issues of the manner in which the construction has

been permitted in the town of Patna by the Patna

Municipal Corporation. The Court does not find it

possible and is not inclined to decide the matter

under the heading order as it is satisfied that it

requires proper consideration and appreciation.
