3. 16.8.2011 It has been submitted that the petitioner is ready

to appear before the Compounding Board to settle the

amount due to the Electricity Department and, therefore,

he be granted interim protection.

Put up after four weeks.

In the mean while, no coercive steps shall taken

against the petitioner in Mohania P.S. case No.11 of 2011

pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at

Bhabhua.
