2 05.04.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri

Vijay Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of all

the respondents/Bihar State Electricity Board.

The writ petition was filed with a prayer to direct

the respondents for granting family pension and other death-

cum-retiral dues. At the time of hearing at Bar it was submitted

by Sri Vijay Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the

respondents/Electricity Board, that during the pendency of the

writ petition all the grievances of the petitioner have already

been redressed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a

position to dispute the statement. However, it was submitted by

learned counsel for the petitioner, that if still some grievances

exist, petitioner may be granted liberty to file representation

before the competent authority.

In view of the stand taken by the parties, there is

no need to further keep the matter pending.

The writ petition stands disposed of granting

liberty to the petitioner to file representation before respondent

no. 3/ Secretary, Bihar State Electricity Board. After filing of the

representation, it is expected, that respondent no. 3 will examine

the same and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law,

within a period of three months, from the date of filing of such

representation.

The petition stands disposed of.
