03. 24.1.2011 I.A. No. 504 of 2011 is for stay of operation of the

impugned orders contained in Anneure-12 series.

Since notices have already been issued to the private

respondents and they have been directed to file counter affidavit, the

operation of orders contained in Annexure-12 series in so far as they

relate to these petitioners, shall remain stayed till further orders.

Prayer for amendment made in the I.A. will be considered

as part of the main writ application.
