Prayer: Original Application No.8874 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned revision of seniority issued by the 1st respondent in Proc.Na.Ka.A10/15699/97 dated 15.10.1998 and quash the same so far as the applicants are concerned. Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.
