This Appeal is preferred against the rejection of the
preliminary objection raised by the appellant Bihar State Co-
operative Marketing Union Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘the
2 Patna High Court LPA No.1501 of 2011 (3) dt.14-11-20112/2
Union’).
Learned Advocate Mr. Rajesh Prasad Choudhary has
appeared for the appellant. He states that at present Managing
Committee of the Union has been superseded and the Union is
under the control of the Administrator appointed by the State
Government.
In view of the Full Bench judgment of this Court in
the matter of Rajendra Prasad Sah V. The State of Bihar (F.B.)
[2000(4) PLJR 273], Appeal is dismissed in limine.
