ORDER

Heard
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants. The Affidavit
of Service dated 08.08.2011 shows that petitioner no.12 personally
went to the address, as mentioned in the application, on 05.08.2011
at around 1700 hrs. However, the respondents refused to accept the
service but, the same shall be deemed as service.

In
view of the above and considering the averments made in the
application, the delay is condoned. The application stands disposed
of accordingly. The main matter to come up for admission hearing on
29.08.2011.
