Present writ petition has been filed against the proceedings initiated against
the sale of petitioner’s property on account of default of payment of loan taken
from the respondent bank.

This is a case of 1996 and no interim order seems to have been passed by this
Court. The writ petition has lost its efficacy. However, it is provided that for
any grievance, it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent authority
who shall look into the matter and take a decision before proceeding with the
auction in case the same has not already taken place.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
