This is a second Bail application. The first bail application was dismissed for
want of prosecution.

Now, since I am sitting in a different Bench dealing with the minor bail
applications and the present matter pertains to the Bench having jurisdiction
of major Bail Applications, it is released and may be listed before the
appropriate Bench in the third week of February,2010, accordingly.

This matter may not be treated as part heard or tied up with this Bench.
