In
pursuance of amendment in the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, this
revision is not tenable and hence, learned counsel for the applicants
seeks permission to withdraw this revision with a liberty to file
appropriate application before the appropriate Court. Permission is
granted as prayed for with a liberty to file appropriate application
before the appropriate Court. The delay, if any, in filing the said
application may not come in their way. Rule is discharged. Interim
relief granted earlier is directed to continue till 22nd
June, 2010.
