07. 13.12. 2010 The office has pointed out a mistake in this

Court’s order dated 23.11.2010 that in the first line of

the order the I.A. has been mistakably typed as

“a2062 of 201” in place of the correct number “2062

of 2010”.

Therefore, in order to correct the mistake the

aforesaid order dated 23.11.2010 is modified to the

extent that in the first line of the order the I.A. No.

typed as “a2062 of 201” will be read as “2062 of

2010”.
