corresponding to G.R. No. 1490 of 2010 pending in the court of CJM,
Godda, is moved by Sri Manoj Tandon, learned counsel for the
petitioners and opposed by Sri T.N. Verma, learned Additional P.P. for
the State.
In view of the allegations made in the F.I.R., I am not
inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly,
the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
