Though on 25.1.2009 I have admitted this review petition

taking note of the fact that the impact of the decision may

affect many persons, in view of the decision in Retnavalli v.

Ambalapadu Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. {2005 (3)

KLT 320}, which stands affirmed by the Division Bench of this

Court by judgment dated 8.8.2008 in W.A.No.1250/04, I do

not find any ground to sustain this review petition. The same

is accordingly dismissed.
