2. 6.7.2011 The petitioner had earlier approached this Court by

filing C.W.J.C. No.1443 of 2008 for the same relief. The said

writ application was dismissed by order dated 13.9.2010 noting

therein that no one appeared for the petitioner.

In the above circumstances, the present writ application

is not maintainable and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
