Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. On

going through the review petition and after hearing the submissions

made at the Bar by the learned counsel appearing on either side, I am

satisfied that no grounds have been made out to review the judgment

delivered by me on 12.2.2008 in W.P.(C)No.20873 of 2000.

The review petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
