The petitioners apprehend arrest on an accusation of having

committed non bailable offence in Crime No. 448/2008 of

Kattakada Police Station and therefore, they have filed this

application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted

that the petitioners are not made accused in the case and

therefore, there is no intention to arrest them in Crime No.

448/2008 of Kattakada Police Station.

The submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor is

recorded and the Bail application is closed.
