The witnesses have specifically stated that

these two appellants, namely, Gyaneshwar Sharma

and Sidharth Sharma, are the assailant of the

deceased.

The appellants have remained in custody for

four and half years.

Considering the allegation as well as the

period in custody, the prayer for bail on behalf of the

appellants, is rejected for the present.
