Earlier
on 4.3.2011 and on 22.3.2011, this Court has issued notice to the
appellant, but, neither the notice is received back duly served upon
the appellant nor the appellant has remained present. Today also the
appellant is not present. This matter is of 1999 and lingering for
final hearing sing long.

Hence,
as a last chance, office is directed to issue fresh notice to the
appellant, to be served through P.S.I., Jambughoda Police Station of
Panch Mahals District. The notice is made returnable on 9th
May, 2011.
