ORDER

As
was conceded by learned counsel on both sides and as it appears from
the report of Assistant Registrar, SCA (Service) Department, other
petitions being Special Civil Application Nos.4965, 4967, 4971, 4972,
4974, 4975, 5033, 5961 and 7400 of 2000 are pending before another
Bench and likely to be listed on 6th September 2010. It
was, therefore, jointly submitted that present petitions are also
required to be placed before the same Bench for a common decision on
the main issue of House Rent Allowance involved in all the petitions.
Accordingly, the office is requested to do the needful for listing
of present petitions before appropriate Court.
