Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the
record.

This is second bail application. First bail application was rejected on
25.1.2010 on the statement of the counsel for the applicant that the trial has
already been concluded and it has become infructuous. But the present
counsel for the applicant informs that the trial is still pending and due to lack
of proper information the first bail application was rejected as not pressed.

List in the next cause list before the Appropriate Court.

In the meantime supplementary affidavit, if any, may be filed. This case will
not be treated as tied up with me.
