In
view of the Office Note dated 2.7.2011, it needs to be clarified that
through inadvertence the main matter is treated as having been
dismissed for non-prosecution on account of failing of removing of
office objections. Learned advocate appearing for the applicants
submits that as such he has removed the office objection on the same
date. In view of this, the order, whereunder the matter is treated to
be dismissed for non-prosecution is recalled. The original matter is
restored to file. Orders accordingly.
