The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that

the petitioner along with two others has filed W.P.(C) No.32091 of

2010. He submits that this writ petition may therefore be dismissed

as withdrawn reserving liberty with him to prosecute W.P.(C)

No.32091 of 2010. Leave granted as prayed for and the writ petition

is dismissed as withdrawn leaving open the petitioner’s contentions

and reserving liberty with him to prosecute W.P.(C) No.32091 of

2010.
