                               JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the Munsiff

Court I, Kozhikode, to pronounce the final orders in I.A. 3034/08 in

O.S. 575/08, which was finally heard on 25.8.08.

2. A perusal of the writ petition would reveal that the matter

now stands posted to 17.10.08. Being an application for injunction,

there is a duty cast upon the court to dispose of the matter at the

earliest. Therefore, I direct the learned Munsiff to dispose of I.A.

3034/08 in O.S. 575/08 at the latest by 25.10.08 and report the

matter regarding disposal to this court.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
