This is an application seeking correction/amendment in the order dated
6.7.2010 passed on the bail application.
The application is allowed and the learned counsel for the applicant is
permitted to make necessary correction in the array of the applicant. The
order dated 6.7.2010 is also corrected as follows:
” At the top of the order dated 6.7.20210, in the column of the petitioner, in
place of “Moosan alias Imtiya” it shall be read as “Moosan alias Imtiyaz”
