                          O R D E R

This is a petition to review the judgment dated

6.4.2010 in W.P (C) No.37756 of 2009.

2. Petitioner before this court had offered to pay

the balance decree debt in monthly instalments. However,

in the operative portion of the judgment of this Court, it

was mentioned as Rs.5,000/- instead of Rs.10,000/- as

monthly instalments due to inadvertent error on the part

of this Court. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and

Rs.5000/- in the operative portion will be read as

Rs.10,000/-.
