In the present case show cause notice had been issued to the petitioner on
23.03.2009, to which the petitioner is said to have filed his reply, but till date
no final decision has been taken in the matter.

Consequently, in the facts of the case, in case till date no final decision has
been taken, then in that event, the licensing authority is directed to see and
ensure that final decision in the matter is taken within six weeks from the date
of receipt of a certified copy of this order, after taking into account the reply
to show cause notice, alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner.

In terms of above observation and direction, present writ petition is disposed
of.
