respondents no.1 & 2.

Issue notice to respondent no.3.

Operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 28.08.2009 shall be
suspended subject to appellant deposits a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- before the
Tribunal within a period of two months.

The amount so deposited shall be released in favour of the claimants
proportionately, as decided by the Tribunal, subject to further orders passed
by this Court.
