both by ordinary process and registered cover since Sri Ajay Kumar

Mathur counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner died during the

pendency of the writ application.

As per the order dated 17.12.2008, petitioner was

directed to file fresh power within six weeks but till date no fresh

power has been filed. It is proper that the notices should go through

the Court.
