Pursuant to the order dated 7.5.2010, the case is listed today.
Sri S.P.Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Dinesh Pathak,
learned counsel for the respondent, are present.
In compliance with the directions given in the said order dated 7.5.2010,
Santosh Kumar Mathur ( appellant ) is personally present before the Court,
and he is identified by his counsel Sri S.P.Srivastava.
Further, in compliance with the directions in the said order dated 7.5.2010,
Smt. Mamta Mathur ( respondent ) is also personally present before the
Court, and she is identified by her counsel Sri Dinesh Pathak. Smt. Mamta
Mathur is accompanied by her two children , namely, Shubham Mathur and
Satyam Mathur , who are identified by Sri Dinesh Pathak.
Learned counsel for the parties jointly pray that the case may be directed to
be listed on 6.10.2010 so that in the meantime, the parties may make their
efforts to bring about Reconciliation/ Settlement / Compromise between them.
In view of the above, the case is directed to be listed on 6.10.2010.
The parties will be personally present before the Court on the said date.
