Mediation has already failed and the record indicates commission of offence
for which the applicant has been summoned. I, therefore, do not find any
reason to quash the proceeding of complaint case no. 951 of 2004, under
Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Hapur Nagar, District Ghaziabad.

This application is dismissed with the direction to the courts below to
consider the bail prayer of the applicants, if possible on the same day in the
aforesaid case number for the aforesaid offences.
