Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the second respondent had shifted his place of business to Ekkatuthangal, in the year 2009. A written communication, dated 14.03.2011, issued by the first respondent had been placed before this Court, stating that the second respondent has already shifted his place of business and there is no nuisance being caused by him at present, as alleged by the petitioner.
3. In such circumstances, since no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
