The writ petition is placed before this Court under the heading of old cases
being of the year 2001.

Since the learned counsel who was appearing on behalf of the petitioner has
already been elevated to the Bench but no step has been shown to be taken to
make further arrangement to pursue the case and no one is present to conduct
the case of the petitioner in spite of repeated calls, hence, it seems that the
writ petition has become infructuous by the passage of time, as such, the
petitioner has lost interest.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous without imposing any
cost.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
