The
endorsement on the board indicates that the notice issued to
respondent no.1 has not been received back. However, Mr. Mihir
Pathak for Mr. Hasit D. Dave, learned counsel for the petitioner,
submits that substituted service has been effected upon the
respondent in two local Newspapers, but the period of notice is not
yet over, and therefore, he prays for some time, in order to file an
affidavit in this regard, after the period of notice is complete.
