Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A. appearing for the
State-respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the allegations made in the 

impugned F.I.R., the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that till 

the submission of report by the police under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. the 

petitioners   shall   not   be   arrested   in   case   Crime   No.   211   of   2010   under 

Sections 419 and 420 P.S. Ubhaon District Ballia.
