                                                          ORDER

Background

1. The   Applicant   filed   an   RTI   Application   dt.22.9.10   with   the   PIO,   DRM   Office,   Northern   Railway, 

Ambala  seeking information against eleven points with regard to the examination held for  selection 

for the post of Dresser/O.T.A­III as per notification dt.13.9.10.  The PIO replied on 27.10.10 furnishing 

point wise information.   He, however, denied the evaluation sheet/assessment sheet as third party 

information.  The Applicant filed an appeal  dt.11.11.10  with  the   Appellate  Authority   seeking   this 

information against point 7.  The Appellate Authority vide his Order dt.3.2.11 upheld the decision of 

the PIO.  Being  aggrieved with the reply, the Applicant filed a second appeal dt.17.3.11 before CIC.

Decision

2. During the hearing, the Respondents submitted that  the evaluation/assessment sheet  against point 

7 has already been provided to the Appellant.   The Appellant   admitted to   having received   the 

same  and also expressed his satisfaction with it..

3. In view of the Appellant’s submission,  the case is closed at the Commission’s end.
