FACTS
The matter is heard through video-conferencing today dated
24.1.2011. Appellant not present. The Department is represented by Shri Inderjit
Sharma, Assistant Director, present at NIC, Ludhiana. Ms. Ravita Kumari,
Complaint Inspector, is present at NIC, Ludhiana.
2. The officers are heard. It is noticed that vide RTI application dated
29.10.2009, the appellant had made a grievance regarding frequent transfers of her
husband Shri Nishi Mani, Postal Assistant. Shri Sharma, however, submits that Shri
Nishi Mani has been transferred two times in the recent past for administrative
reasons.
3. The Commission cannot interfere in the administrative matters.
Even so, if Shri Nishi Mani has any grievance regarding his posting, he is advised to
seek relief from SSPOs, Ludhiana. The matter is being closed.
