Considering the facts and circumstances of the case petitioner is
relegated to approach the authorities concerned for the redressal of
his grievance by way of filing an application.
If such an application is filed within fifteen days the concerned
authorities shall decide the same if possible within a period of one
month from the date of receipt of an application along with a
certified copy of this order. The petitioner will be afforded
opportunity of hearing by the concerned authority before passing
the order.
The concerned authority after taking decision on the representation
of the petitioner will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of finally.
