the following sentence be added at the end of the order dated
27.8.2008:

?SHowever,
it is clarified that the Sessions Court will not dispose off the
Criminal Revision Application on the ground of delay in view of the
fact that Special Criminal Application No.706 of 2008 was pending
before this Court and the Criminal Revision Application shall be
heard on merits without being prejudiced by the present order of
withdrawal.??

The
order dated 27.8.2008 be modified accordingly.
