Prayer

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying
for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 1 and 2
herein not to interfere in the petitioner business at Shop No.386 at Central
Market, Mattuthavani.

:ORDER

At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel
appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 had submitted that an enquiry is
being conducted, in respect of the rival claims made by the petitioner, as well
as the respondents 3 and 4, with regard to the allotment of Shop No.386, at the
New Central Market, Mattuthavani, Madurai. It has also been submitted that the
petitioner, as well as the respondents 3 and 4, would be given an opportunity of
hearing, before a final decision is arrived at.

2. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing
on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, the first respondent shall cause an
enquiry into the matter, with regard to the allotment of Shop No.386, at the New
Central Market, Mattuthavani, Madurai, by giving sufficient opportunity of
hearing to the petitioner, as well as to the respondents 3 and 4 and pass
appropriate orders thereon, within a period of four weeks from the date of
receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
