                                JUDGMENT

The petitioners herein have completed the B. Tech. Engineering

Course in thee Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre,

Pampadi. The first petitioner has failed in two papers, viz. Operations

Management and Automobile Engineering and the second petitioner has

lost the following papers: Quality Engineering and Management,

Operations Management, Mechatronics and Machine Controls, Maintenance

Engineering and Automobile Engineering. Seeking for a revaluation of the

answer papers, they have filed this writ petition.

2. The first petitioner has filed Ext.P1 and the second petitioner has

also filed another application dated 18.12.2009. It is submitted that the

applications are supported by required fees.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the University submitted that some

more time may be granted to finalise the process. Therefore, there will be a

direction to the respondents to complete the process of revaluation and

communicate the results to the petitioners within a period of two months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, if the applications are in

order.

The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
