Government Pleader appears for the sixth respondent.

2. The prayer in the Writ Petition is as follows:

“Issue a writ of mandamus or any other

appropriate writ, direction or order commanding the

fifth respondent to give police protection to the

petitioners for loading and unloading activities in their

establishment Roof India Company by the workers

covered by the identity cards, Exts.P2 to P7.”

3. Case of the petitioners is that they were obstructed in the

doing of loading and unloading activities with the workers having

identity cards as Exts.P2 to P7. There is already an interim order.

4. We heard the learned counsel for the parties appearing.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by making the interim order

absolute.
