After the matter was heard for sometime, learned counsel for the 

petitioner made a prayer to withdraw this transfer application filed 

under   Section   24   C.P.C.   as   the   same   is   not   maintainable, 

inasmuch as by this application transfer of proceedings of revision 

filed out of proceedings under Section 28 of the Land Revenue Act 

pending before the Commissioner, is being sought.

Prayer made is allowed.

Transfer application, accordingly, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
