why contempt proceeding be not initiated against him for non-

compliance of the order dated 2.12.2010 passed in

C.W.J.C.No.19522 of 2010, for which requisites etc. must be filed

by ordinary process as well as by registered cover with A/D within

a period of ten days, failing which this application shall stand

rejected as against him without further reference to a Bench.

List this case either after service of notice on

Opp.Party no.4 or after his appearance, whichever is earlier.
