Raxaul P.S. Case No. 217/2010 from the court of learned

Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, so

as to reach this court within three weeks and put up on its

receipt.

In the meantime no coercive steps shall be

taken against the petitioners.
