Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned A.G.A. and perused
the the record.

This is correction application no.1481 of 2010.

After perusing the record, the order dated 17.12.2009 passed by this court is
corrected by mentioning the name of the applicant Praveen at the place of
Pravesh.

Accordingly this correction application is allowed.
